 Investments
61329 million rubles of capital investments were used for the year of 2008 on the development of economy and social sphere. Investments into the enterprises of local and non-departmental subordination constituted 53113 million rubles or 128% to the level of 2007 with the task for year 125%.
12463 sq m of housing or 100.5% of the task for 2008 were set due to usage of all sources of funding, including of 2214 sq m set by agricultural cooperatives, 4295 sq m by the Housing Construction Cooperatives (40,3%) and 5954 sq m. by other housing construction companies. The building of the 70-apartment house has been finished by the Housing Construction Cooperative №22 in Gantsevichi, 31 houses in agricultural cooperatives of region have been built and 38 houses – by other housing construction companies. The building 60-apartment house is being carried out by the Housing Construction Cooperative №23 and the building of the 55-apartment house has begun by the Housing Construction Cooperative №24 and 30-apartment house – by the Housing Construction Cooperative №25.
Work on realization of the business plans of the investment projects of enterprises, included in the state comprehensive program of the development of small and average towns is being carried out.
The Joint Stock Company “Module” has developed investment projects “Production of pipes from molecular cross-linked polyethylene” (PEX-pipe, PEX-AL-PEX), “Production of the heat-shrinkable clutch” and “Production of fittings”. The total cost of the projects is 14.5 billion rubles. Basic source of finance is credits of the JSC “Belagroprombank”.
The JSC “Gantsevichi rayagroservice” has developed an investment project “Technical reequipping and expansion of the functioning industry on processing of rapeseeds”. Cost of the project is 3097 million rubles.
The building of milk-product farm for 800 heads has begun in the Agricultural Production Cooperative “Berezovets”. Investments for the past period constituted 1.5 billion rubles.
The improvement and reconstruction of the agro-town “Razdyalovichskiy” has been conducted, 36 objects were introduced, 7.9 billion rubles was used.
